Come golf at Crystal Springs, an area rich with history and magnificent scenery, part of what makes the Bay Area such a wonderful place to live and to visit.
Our course, meandering along the Buri Buri Ridge of the old San Mateo Rancho, offers you breathtaking vistas of the 20-mile-long Crystal Springs Reservoir, the Coastal Range, and abundant wildlife. In fact, our championship 18-hole course is part of a 32,000-acre wildlife refuge owned by the San Francisco Water Department.
The 30 acre multi-use facility is perched above Redwood City in the beautiful Emerald Hill region of San Mateo County, mid-peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area.
9-Hole, Par 3, Lighted Golf Course
Each hole enables players to experience numerous length and shot making combinations equivalent to a conventional golf course. Lighted until 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
The new course features rolling fairways lined by nearly a thousand mature trees, four sets of tees on each hole to fit everyone's game, large, undulating greens that average almost 5,500 square feet, and five rock edged lakes with two waterfalls and streams.
Steal a glance between shots and you’ll see brightly colored Victorians lining the trademark hills of San Francisco. Century old Eucalyptus and Monterey Pine trees sway to a fresh Pacific coast breeze. Fairways roll and meander past menacing bunkers, toward lustrous greens – manicured just for you. This is golf at the Presidio. Beautiful and challenging. The perfect way for a golfer to experience San Francisco.
